Medak Church –

The biggest church in the Asia situated in Medak District of Telangana, Built in a span of 10 years (1914 – 1924) under the today’s concept of “Food for work program”. This church was the brain child of Charles Walker Posnett, a missionary from the “English Wesleyan Methodist Mission”. The church is built near to a hillock that has been fortified in the times of Kakatiya, one can see its remains from the main road.

Mahabaleshwar

Mahabaleshwar is also known as the Queen of all Hill Stations. This hill station is situated at an altitude of 1,372m in the heart of Sahyadri Hills in Satara District  in the Indian state of Maharashtra.Its name is derived from a Lord Mahadev temple and three Sanskrit words, Maha (great), Bal (power) and Ishwar (God). Purana Qila, New Delhi

Purana Qila

PURANA (OLD) Qila  is the inner citadel of the city of Dina-panah, founded by the second Mughal EmperorHumayun in 1533 and completed five years later. Purana Qila and its environs flourished as the sixth city of Delhi.

Sher Shah Suri defeated Humayun in 1540, and renamed the fort as Shergarh, and also added several more structures in the complex, during his reign that lasted for the next five years until his death in 1545.

Kalka Mandir, Delhi

Kalka Mandir, also known as Kalkaji Temple, is a famous Hindu mandir or temple, dedicated to Hindu Goddess Kali. This temple is situated in the southern part of Delhi,India, in Kalkaji, a locality that has derived its name from this famous temple and is located opposite Nehru Place business centre.This domed twelve-sided temple is devoted to Goddess Kalka Devi, a reincarnation of Goddess Durga. The oldest section of the Kalka Ji Mandir dates back to the year 1734. It is said that the Maratha rulers looted the temple in the year 1738, after they were defeated by the Mughals in the battle of Talkatora. Somewhere in the mid-19th century, certain changes and additions were carried out on Kalkaji temple by Raja Kedarnath, the treasurer of Emperor Akbar.
